Assignments
- General Accounting Operations: Register customers’ and suppliers’ invoices, Maintain relationships with banks, Track and manage fixed assets.
- Manage All Accounting Transactions
- Participate to budget forecasts to guide financial planning
- Prepare and release financial statements in time.
- Manage the monthly and bi-annual financial closing processes.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.
- Manage and process timely bank payments.
- Calculate taxes and prepare necessary tax returns in compliance with local regulations.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant financial policies and regulatory standards.
- Cash collection
- Relation with the auditors
- Relation with the administration
- Monthly report
- Margin controlling and reconciliation
Profile required
- Initial training: degree in Finance and/or Accounting
- Professional experience: minimum 3 to 5 years in a position of Accountant/General Accountant/Subsidiary Accountant
- Experience in an accounting firm or in a company with subsidiaries
- Comprehensive knowledge of auxiliary accounting: clients, suppliers, banks.
- Strong general accounting skills: monthly closure, provisioning, and reporting.
- Solid understanding of basic fiscal accounting principles.
- Proficiency in English and Serbian languages.
- Ability to manage multiple aspects of accounting autonomously.
