Assignments
Attached to one or more Global Product Manager “GPM”, he (she) is an important daily relay between the GPM and the sales teams. He (she) ensures a daily relationship with the suppliers and has a relay function with the Supply Chain and Customer Service team.
The tasks are as follow, but can vary :
With the GPM and Sales:
- Requests for material needs, forecast of monthly sales,
- Sales monitoring versus producer allocations
- Retrieval of market information
- Monitoring of offers given to the sales team
- Support during travel and vacations of GPM
With the suppliers:
- Request for additional volume
- Creation of allocation tables if necessary and material distribution table
- Take knowledge about OG product batches available and give the information to sales.
- Keep suppliers regularly informed of the progress of sales versus allocations.
With the Supply Chain and Customer Service teams:
- Follow up of the good progress of the shipments and of the respect of the deadlines indicated by the suppliers.
Profile required
- Initial training: Bac +2/+3 in international trade
- Professional experience : minnimum 5 years in a similar environment
- Good command of office and IT tools
- Knowledge of international trade
- Quality of communication
- Fluent English essential
