As the sole Snetor contact for each supplier, he/she organises supplies (managing orders, allocations, disputes, interfacing with the Transport & Warehousing teams and with Customer Service) and ensures the logistical performance of the suppliers in his/her portfolio.

Assignments

  • Analysing Purchase Order Proposals (POPs) and managing POAs with suppliers through to delivery (depending on Incoterm).
    Manage any packaging activities (if bulk purchases).
    Manage invoicing and monitor supplier payments.
    Analysing and dealing with malfunctions and disputes with internal and external contacts.
    Reporting malfunctions that cannot be managed at his/her level or that may affect other suppliers/customers outside his/her scope.
    Participates in the management routines of his/her department.
    Participating in innovation and continuous improvement projects.

     

Profile required

  • Good command of office and IT tools
  • Good communication skills and customer/supplier orientation, “solutions-oriented”.
  • Flexibility and rigour in complying with applicable procedures
  • Fluent English essential, another language would be a plus
  • Knowledge of the elements of a supply chain and in particular of international trade
  • Initial training: min Bac +2/+3 in management, commerce and/or logistics
  • Professional experience: minimum 2 years
