Assignments
The Commodities Sales Manager (M/F) ensures customer satisfaction within their scope through the following responsibilities:
- Prospecting for new clients and development of our existing clientele in UK & Ireland for Commodity Plastics – Trading & Distribution
- Develop and increase sales volumes of commodities such as Polyethylene + Polypropylene- PVC + PET + PS
- Development of the local SNETOR distribution in your area,
- Management of trading operations,
- Develop and implement sales strategies for selected targets and pro-actively contribute to business development activities,
- Determine the conditions of purchase and sale of commodities for Polyethylene + Polypropylene- PVC + PET +PS sold by our company,
- Monitoring and supervision of the logistical processing of sales and supply orders from suppliers with the help from assistants’ team
Profile required
- Min 10 years in Distribution Market in UK
- Technical and Commercial knowledge of Polyethylene + Polypropylene- PVC + PET + PS would be advantageous
- Understanding of Market Dynamics ref Pricing / Supply Chain
- Experience of Purchasing Materials on European and Non- European Suppliers
- Product Management and Strong supplier negotiation skills
- Project Management experience of managing business pipeline
- Self-Starter & Ability to work well and lead team
