The SNETOR group, which has 480 employees and more than 31 subsidiaries worldwide and specialises in the distribution of plastics and chemical products, is looking for a Sales Manager (M/F) to support and structure its growth in West Africa.

Missions principales
- Managing sales of a diversified product portfolio (Polymers, Cosmetics, Recycled materials) ;
- Actively supporting overdue payment follow-ups and cash collection on the assigned portfolio ;
- Working daily in close coordination with inside sales and logistics teams ;
- Defining client risk and financing strategies ;
- Developing new business through active prospecting and promotion of new product ranges ;
- Monitoring market dynamics through regular field presence and travel ;
- Contributing to reliable execution and operational performance, including KPI tracking and P&L follow-up ;
- Managing and following up on claims to ensure timely resolution and financial recovery ;
- Performing any other tasks assigned by your manager.
Profil recherché
- Professional experience: minimum 5 years in related positions,
- Knowledge and Skills of Products and Processes associated with the plastics industry,
- Knowledge on West Africa Market
- Excellent communication,
- Problem solving and decision making,
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative,
- Planning, organisation, and flexibility skills,
- Computer skills: advanced level: Experience in using ERP Systems,
- Fluent English.
