SNETOR signs a partnership with COANSA and enters the Central America market of the plastic raw materials distribution thus establishing Coansa Snetor
We are pleased to announce our Joint Venture with COANSA (Corporación Andina S.A.), a Central America regional leader in the distribution of plastics since 1986.
This operation signed on July 3, 2023 in San José (Costa Rica), gives birth to COANSA SNETOR and provides for the acquisition up to 51% of the distribution business of Coansa by Snetor.
Such transaction will allow the two companies to extract significant group synergies, drive innovation and growth in the plastic distribution industry in Central America, and more specifically in Costa Rica, Guatemala, and El Salvador.
