Right from the company’s inception, the Snetor Group’s shareholders have relied on the contribution of families and in particular the founders’ families. The executive committee defines the strategic directions, which, once approved by the board of directors, are implemented by the members of the executive committees. Its members are also responsible for the Group’s operational and functional divisions.
Emmanuel AUBOURG – Chief Executive Officer
A graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris, Emmanuel Aubourg joined the Snetor Group in 1991 to develop its export business with Africa. He held a number of positions of responsibility before assuming the Group’s chairmanship in 2008.
Fabrice GUILLERMAIN – Chief Operating Officer – Business
After graduating from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Saint-Etienne, Fabrice Guillermain began his career as a sales representative for West Africa in an industrial group’s central purchasing division. In 2000, he joined the Snetor Group, working in the sales and marketing teams before obtaining the position of Sales Director for Africa, then Group Sales Director. Since 2018, he has held the position of Deputy General Manager in charge of business. He shoulders the global management of the sales, purchasing and supply chain teams teams. He organises the Group’s operational performance.
Serge GASTON – Deputy General Manager – Finance
A graduate of the ISEC in Finance & Management, Serge Gaston worked in the financial division of international companies specialised in agrifood and recycling. In 2003, he joined the Snetor Group as its Chief Financial Officer, then in 2018 was appointed Deputy General Manager – Finance in 2018. He oversees and coordinates all of the Group’s financial teams. With Emmanuel Aubourg, he steers the external growth operations and the Group’s deployment around the world.
Stéphanie ILLOUZ – Chief of Staff
A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales, Stéphanie Illouz occupied a variety of positions in finance, the supply chain and human resources in major international companies specialised in technology services and energy. In 2022, she joined the Snetor Group, where she has been managing the teams in charge of human resources, legal affairs and compliance, quality, IT, marketing and communication, along with facility management. She is the operational manager of the programme dedicated to social and environmental responsibility within the Group.
Aymeric LEYGUE – Chief of Transformation
Aymeric Leygue, who holds a Masters in corporate finance and a research masters in financial risk management, began his career in Argentina as a grain broker. In 2014, he joined Snetor’s sales teams, then took over management of the Latin America teams in 2019. He has been a member of the executive committee since 2024, in charge of the Group’s transformation programme.
