We are very pleased to announce the acquisition of 70% of the Tecnopol Group by the Snetor Group. Officialized on July 21, 2020, the Tecnopol entity becomes Tecnopol Snetor Spa.
This alliance also makes it possible to combine the existing activities of Snetor Iberica and Tecnopol in Spain with a new entity Tecnopol Snetor Iberica, 60% controlled by Snetor and 40% by Tecnopol Snetor Italia.
This operation is part of our development strategy in Europe and allows us to access to the Italian market, the second largest in Europe. We have chosen to partner a family business, with whom we share the same values, having strong recognized experience on the Italian market.
The expertise of the two groups will enable Tecnopol Snetor to become a major player in the distribution of polymers in Italy and Spain.
