As part of its development, Tecnopol Snetor Iberica is looking for an Inside Sales (M/F) to support and structure its growth within its subsidiary located in Valencia.

Assignments
- Manage and develop a portfolio of approximately 40 active customers.
- Open and grow new accounts and handle the full customer onboarding process.
- Implement and monitor a sales plan for the assigned territory, meeting deadlines and taking necessary actions to achieve growth targets.
- Acquire a strong understanding of key markets and portfolio products.
- Work closely with Sales Managers to maximize business opportunities, including :
- Preparing and sending commercial offers when BDMs are traveling or on leave.
- Providing logistical support for their business trips when needed.
- Supporting their prospecting activities.
- Promote complementary products, increase market share, and grow customer wallet share.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Coordinate pricing policies and implement commercial campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with legal and technical standards related to products and markets.
- Oversee pre-sales activities, including back-to-back selling (selling products that have not yet been purchased).
- Organize and follow up on the shipment of product samples to customers.
- Track all prospecting actions and maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the CRM system.
- Directly manage orders in SAP for the portfolio’s customers, handling the entire sales cycle (entry, allocation, delivery notes, quality, compliance, etc.).
Profile required
- Education: Minimum two-year degree (Bac +2) in international trade or a related field.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish. French would be an advantage.
- Computer skills: Proficiency in office software; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
Experience: Initial experience in a proactive commercial/sales role. - Soft skills:
