As part of its ongoing expansion, Tecnopol Snetor Iberica is looking for an Inside Sales (M/F) to support and structure its growth within its subsidiary located at Valencia.

Assignments
- Manage and develop a portfolio of approximately 40 existing active clients.
- Open and grow new accounts and ensure the complete client onboarding process.
- Implement and monitor a sales plan for the assigned area, meeting deadlines and taking necessary actions to achieve growth targets

- Gain a solid understanding of key markets and the products within the portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Managers to maximize business opportunities, including:
- Preparing and sending commercial offers when BDMs are travelling or on leave.
- Providing logistical support for their business trips if needed.
- Supporting their prospecting activities
- Promote complementary products, increase market share, and grow the client wallet share.
- Monitor, assess, and report on competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Coordinate pricing policies and implement commercial campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with legal and technical standards related to products and markets.
- Support contract allocation activities (e.g., distribution of framework agreements).
- Follow up on pre-sales activities, including short selling (sale of products not yet purchased).
- Organize and ensure follow-up for sending product samples to clients.
- Track all prospecting actions and maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the CRM system.
- Directly manage orders in SAP for clients in the portfolio, handling the entire sales cycle (entry, allocation, delivery notes, quality, compliance, etc.).
Profile required
- Education: Minimum two-year degree (Bac +2) in International Trade or a related field.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish. French would be an advantage.
- Compétences informatiques : Maîtrise des outils bureautiques ; la connaissance de SAP est un atout.
- IT skills: Proficient with office tools; knowledge of SAP is a plus
- First experience in a proactive sales role.
