Snetor is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Sales Manager for Mexico to lead the consolidation and expansion of our commercial operations in the country.
This is a key leadership role focused on driving sustainable growth, strengthening high-level business relationships, and positioning the company for long-term success in the Mexican market.

Assignments

  • Design and execute the commercial strategy for Mexico.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with strategic customers and international suppliers.
  • Identify profitable growth opportunities and sector expansion initiatives.
  • Lead complex negotiations and long-term commercial agreements.
  • Provide market intelligence and strategic insights to support decision-making.
  • Act as the company’s business representative in Mexico, aligned with global strategy.
  • Recovery of invoices related to the commercial operations under their responsibility.

Profile required

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or International Business.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial leadership roles within companies operating under back-to-back and local sales models.
  • Strong knowledge of the paints, coatings, and adhesives industry in Mexico and chemicals.
  • Proven track record managing strategic accounts and leading high-impact negotiations.
  • Advanced English level – professional proficiency.
