Assignments
- Design and execute the commercial strategy for Mexico.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with strategic customers and international suppliers.
- Identify profitable growth opportunities and sector expansion initiatives.
- Lead complex negotiations and long-term commercial agreements.
- Provide market intelligence and strategic insights to support decision-making.
- Act as the company’s business representative in Mexico, aligned with global strategy.
- Recovery of invoices related to the commercial operations under their responsibility.
Profile required
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or International Business.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial leadership roles within companies operating under back-to-back and local sales models.
- Strong knowledge of the paints, coatings, and adhesives industry in Mexico and chemicals.
- Proven track record managing strategic accounts and leading high-impact negotiations.
- Advanced English level – professional proficiency.
