Description
Beverage Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA) is a high-purity ethanol with a minimum alcohol content of 96% per volume. It is produced from agricultural raw materials such as sugarcane, molasses, and grains (corn, rye, wheat, barley, and rice). This ethanol is widely used in the food and beverage industry, particularly for the production of spirits, liquors, and flavored alcoholic beverages. Due to its neutral taste, high purity, and absence of impurities, it is the preferred alcohol base for premium alcoholic beverages.
