As part of its growth, Snetor Germany is looking for an Inside Sales to support and structure its expansion within its subsidiary based in Hambourg.

Assignments
- Generate new sales opportunities in the portfolio for which you will be responsible for.
- Develop and increase sales volumes of commodities EP products,
- Monitor and supervise of the logistical processing of sales and supply orders from suppliers with the help from assistants’ team,
- Manage orders directly in SAP for portfolio clients, taking responsibility for the entire sales cycle (entry, allocation, delivery notes, quality, compliance, etc.).
- Follow-up of litigations files in case of any claim to recover by all legal means the full amount of our claim,
- Recovery of invoices related to the commercial transactions you deal with,
- Creation of statistics reporting document to support Sales Team
- Provide weekly and monthly report to the management team.
Profile required
- Initial training: Minimum two-year degree (Bac +2) in International Trade and a significant experience in similar role
- Proficient in office and IT tools
- A customer centric attitude
- Previous experience in a proactive sales role
- The confidence to liaise and build rapport with a wide range of internal and external contacts
- The ability to problem solves, as well as organise and prioritise day to day tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with professional telephone manner
- A commitment to continuous improvement and ability to deal with change
- Knowledge of SAP would be a plus
