Snetor is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager for Brazil to support the development and expansion of our commercial activities in the country.
This role focuses on developing business opportunities, strengthening relationships with strategic customers, and executing the commercial strategy defined by the regional sales management team.

Assignments
- Execute the commercial strategy defined together with the regional sales leadership team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors in Brazil.
- Identify new business opportunities and support portfolio expansion.
- Manage the full commercial cycle: prospecting, quotation, negotiation and follow-up.
- Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to support strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (trading, logistics and sourcing) to ensure efficient execution of sales operations.
Profile required
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales within the chemical industry.
- Native Portuguese speaker.
- English required; Spanish highly valued.
- Good understanding of the Brazilian chemical distribution market.
- Experience managing commercial relationships with industrial customers and distributors.
Added Value
- Knowledge of key sectors such as paints & coatings, home care, personal care or industrial chemicals.
- Existing customer portfolio or strong network within the Brazilian chemical market.
- Experience working with imported chemical products and international suppliers.
