The company is currently seeking an Inside Sales professional for Brazil, highly results-oriented, who will support the commercial leaders in the logistical and administrative management of operations.

Assignments

  • Support the sales team in their daily client relationship activities (sending commercial offers, participating in sales price definition, gathering market pricing information through ongoing communication with the company’s clients, and managing insurance coverage).
  • Support the sales team in commercial prospecting activities.
  • Support the sales team in collection activities.
  • Maintain the account tracking matrix up to date.
  • Identify and reactivate clients who have not made purchases in the last 12 months.
  • Manage databases.
  • Perform inside sales activities.
  • Ensure retention and loyalty of assigned clients.

Profile required

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, and/or related to supply chain.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience in similar roles.
  • Proficiency in IT tools – Office 365.
  • Languages: Native Portuguese, intermediate/advanced English, and Spanish is desirable.
  • Knowledge of international trade practices, transportation, insurance, and customs procedures.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
