As part of its continuous expansion, Snetor Colombia is looking for a Regional Product Manager Junior (H/M) to support and structure its growth in Latin America.

Assignments

General role description: The CS PLUS role integrates logistics and commercial functions with a focus on providing comprehensive customer service. Its objective is to ensure efficient and coordinated order management, from order entry to final delivery, promoting customer satisfaction through effective communication and solid operational processes.

Constant communication with the customer regarding the status of their orders.

• Coordination of bookings with the internal areas involved (procurement, exports, sea freight).
• Creation of invoices in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with commercial requirements.
• Follow-up of logistics claims, managing timely solutions in coordination with the responsible areas.
• Sending documentation related to orders (invoices, certificates, shipping documents, among others).
• Personalized attention throughout the entire order cycle, from confirmation to final delivery.
• Proactive resolution of incidents, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordination between areas to provide a smooth and efficient experience.

Commercial and Support Functions:

• Orders registering in the management system.
• Insurance Credit handling, validating conditions and limits before order release.
• Tracking of containers to keep customers informed and prevent delays.
• Sending payment reminders in coordination with the finance department.
• Samples handling, from request to delivery and documentation.
• Support to the commercial team in operational tasks, opportunity follow-up, and delivery of key information.
